Job summary

PARK AND PARTNERS CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Research Analyst to conduct deep fundamental equity research and build robust financial models, leveraging AI to enhance buy-side research.

You will generate independent investment theses and present insights to global institutional clients from a remote APAC base. The role requires 2–6 years in buy-side, sell-side or consulting, with strong sector coverage in Healthcare/Biotech and Software/SaaS.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of relevant research experience from buy-side, sell-side or consulting.
• Strong sector coverage experience in Healthcare/Biotech and Software/SaaS.
• Strong fundamental research, financial analysis and financial modelling capabilities.
• Ability to develop independent investment views and investment theses.
• Comfortable incorporating AI tools into the research workflow.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent, deep-dive fundamental equity research and produce high-quality research reports.
• Develop and maintain detailed company and industry financial models.
• Form independent investment views based on fundamental and industry analysis.
• Build and maintain proprietary fundamental research databases.
• Communicate research findings and investment views to institutional research clients globally.
• Work closely with the technology/product team and contribute directly to the development of AI Agent products for equity research.
• Explore how AI can improve research workflows, data analysis and investment decision-making.

• Self-driven, analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.

• A strong personal investment track record would be advantageous.
