You will translate vision into actionable roadmaps, set enterprise-wide KPIs, and drive performance reviews with executive leadership. You will collaborate with external consultants to refine growth strategies and oversee new business opportunities to sustain value creation.

Responsibilities

• Leads the implementation of the EPM framework across the organization.
• Translates vision and long-term plans into actionable execution roadmaps with KPIs.
• Facilitates regular business reviews to assess performance and identify corrective actions.
• Provides decision support to executive leadership using data-driven insights.
• Partners with external consultants to refine growth strategies beyond core ops.
• Formulates new business strategies to support long-term growth and value.
• Establishes long-term financial targets and profitability objectives for new ventures.
• Develops a framework to evaluate new opportunities for strategic fit and risk.
• Delivers strategic recommendations to senior leadership on new investments.
• Leads and monitors execution of approved strategies and initiatives.
• Tracks progress, identifies risks, and ensures alignment with timelines.
• Performs other related duties as required.
