Qualifications

• Epic Grand Central Certification (multiple Epic certifications a plus).
• 3-5 years of healthcare IT or application support experience.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations and ADT workflows.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve user issues and manage support tickets promptly.
• Troubleshoot workflow mismatches, system errors, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams for effective solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotations and urgent incident response.
• Document resolutions and maintain knowledge base articles.
