Catholic Relief Services (CRS) Philippines is seeking an Environmental and Social Safeguards (ESS) Officer to support the implementation and monitoring of safeguards systems across the Carbon Finance Pilot and RESEED projects.

You will work with the Senior ESS Officer and Project Officers to ensure compliance with donor requirements, CRS policies, and national regulations, identifying and documenting environmental and social risks throughout project delivery.
