Job summary

ACCIONA Construction is seeking a qualified HSE Manager for the South Commuter Railway Project based in Metro Manila. The role involves overseeing the HSE management system, ensuring statutory compliance, and coordinating with clients and regulators to promote safety across the project.

Ideal candidates will have 12+ years in construction, including railway experience and a proven track record in management. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Applied Science is required.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of construction experience, including 5 in railway projects and 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor's degree in an applied science or engineering field.
• Experience in health, safety and environmental roles on major facility construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement a comprehensive HSE management system across the project.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and legal/regulatory legislation.
• Develop and deliver HSE training and promote safe practices on site.
• Coordinate with client, regulators, subcontractors and suppliers on HSE matters.
