Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and sustain day-to-day package-level test processes during production.
• Investigate and resolve process issues to minimize downtime and improve yields.
• Analyze production/test data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Support process qualifications, engineering evaluations, and the introduction of new products.
• Document and communicate process changes and improvement activities; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Help design or improve mechanical fixtures or tooling using SolidWorks/AutoCAD when needed.
