Job summary

You will monitor production, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement using digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled approaches in a high-volume semiconductor setting. The role emphasizes problem-solving, collaboration across cross-functional teams, and hands-on exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related engineering disciplines from an accredited institution.
• Entry-level: no professional experience required; internship, academic project, or research experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, data analytics, automation, or continuous improvement is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI or similar data tools.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, quality, productivity, and cost performance.
• Analyze process and production data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Apply quality and process control methodologies such as FMEA, SPC, Control Plans, and OCAPs to ensure operational excellence.
• Document and communicate process changes and improvement activities
• Develop digital solutions, dashboards, and automated workflows using Power BI, Power Automate, AI tools, and other technologies to simplify work processes.
• Support process development, qualifications, new product introductions, and cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives.

Primary Function

Sustain and optimize manufacturing processes by monitoring production, resolving process issues, and driving continuous improvement. Provide technical support to improve yield, quality, productivity, and cost performance through data-driven decision‑making, process control methodologies, digital tools, automation, and AI‑enabled solutions in a high‑volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related engineering disciplines from an accredited institution.

Experience

• Entry‑level: No professional experience required. Internship, academic project, or research experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, data analytics, automation, or continuous improvement is an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of process control principles, statistical analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI or equivalent platforms.
• Exposure to Power Automate, AI‑enabled productivity tools, scripting, or workflow automation solutions is an advantage.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
• Self‑motivated with a strong interest in innovation, process optimization, and digital transformation.
