Ark Certification International, Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Sales/Accounts Associate in Metro Manila. The role involves visiting existing and prospective clients to promote our services, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring timely invoicing and quotations.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure achievement of sales targets as determined by Management.
• Visit existing and prospective clients to promote company services.
• Monitor project delivery and status through coordination with Project Coordinators.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client accounts.
• Send Client Feedback Forms for Inspection, Audit, and Testing Services in accordance with established procedures.
• Coordinate with concerned departments regarding customer complaints related to sales and services.
• Inform and update clients on the status of their feedback, concerns, or complaints.
• Provide support in public relations and client engagement activities.
• Prepare and process Sales Invoices, Billing Invoices, and Quotations in coordination with Project Coordinators and Collection Officers.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Laboratory Manager and Sales Officer from time to time.
