You will perform culture, identification, data analysis, and documentation, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and contribute to quality control across products. No experience is required or up to two years; Registered Microbiologist preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Microbiology, Food Science, or Biology.
• Hands-on laboratory experience and knowledge of food safety systems such as HACCP.
• Registered Microbiologist is preferred.
• Experience in microbiology in a laboratory setting.
• Strong understanding of microbiological concepts and methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze growth, structure, and behavior of microorganisms.
• Perform laboratory techniques such as culturing, DNA sequencing, and microscopy.
• Isolate and identify microorganisms to assess impact on processes.
• Ensure quality control by microbial testing and regulatory compliance.
• Support clinical microbiology tasks and data interpretation.
• Analyze data and present findings; maintain proper documentation.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment; ensure instrument function.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
