Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Technical/associate degree in electronics, mechanical, electrical, computer, or related field.

• Ability to read and interpret machine diagrams.
• Basic knowledge in test handler and tester machines is an advantage.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform conversion setup and buy-off of machines and equipment for production needs.
• Conduct routine maintenance repair and sustain maintenance on strip test equipment.
• Record all repair work and spare parts used for tracking and data accuracy.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and company rules.
• Implement equipment improvement projects to enhance capabilities and reliability.
• Maintain 5S compliance in the area of responsibility.
• Coordinate with team to schedule maintenance and address equipment efficiency.
