Ultra Clean Technology is seeking an entry-level Supply Chain Analyst – Costing to support costing, supplier pricing, and sourcing activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with limited work experience who want to develop a career in supply chain and procurement.

You will assist in analyzing supplier quotations, validate prices, and contribute to cost reduction efforts while maintaining costing data and producing basic reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, finance, engineering, or related field (preferred, not required).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with limited work experience are welcome to apply.
• Exposure to supply chain, procurement, costing, sourcing, or financial analysis is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Assist in analyzing supplier quotations and pricing.
• Support price validation and basic cost analysis.
• Assist with RFQ activities and quotation comparisons.
• Support cost reduction and cost optimization activities.
• Maintain and update costing data and spreadsheets.
• Prepare basic costing reports and analysis.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to clarify pricing and costing information.
• Maintain accurate costing records and documentation.
• Support sourcing, procurement, and other supply chain activities as needed.
