Connectuz Career Development and Consultancy is hiring for an on-site, full-time Fresh Graduate/Student with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting for our Quezon City location. The role involves handling daily financial transactions and supporting overall accounting processes.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, assisting in payables/receivables, payroll support, and month-end closings, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or student pursuing a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Process and record daily financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Prepare and maintain accounting records, reports, and financial documents.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring.
• Verify invoices, receipts, and other supporting documents.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Assist in payroll preparation and employee reimbursements.
• Monitor and update accounting databases and filing systems.
• Prepare government-mandated reports and compliance documents as required.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding financial and accounting concerns.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
