Job summary

NA+1 in Manila is seeking an experienced QA leader to own enterprise-level test strategies and end-to-end quality governance across multiple projects. You will establish objectives, environments, schedules, and risk plans while aligning with business priorities and regulatory needs.

You will mentor large cross-functional teams and drive risk-based testing, traceability, and release readiness. Expect a dynamic, distributed, on-site role in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA at scale with enterprise testing.
• Ability to define governance, standards and KPIs.
• Proven track record mentoring cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and define enterprise-level Test Strategies and comprehensive Test Plans from inception through release.
• Establish test objectives, scope, testing approaches, environments, resource requirements, schedules, estimates, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.
• Develop testing roadmaps aligned with project, program, and organizational objectives.
• Define quality gates, entry/exit criteria, completion criteria, release-readiness checkpoints, and sign-off processes.
• Ensure test planning aligns with business priorities, timelines, and regulatory requirements where applicable.
• Lead and govern end-to-end testing across Functional, Integration, SIT, E2E, UAT, Regression, Production Validation, and Release Testing.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, releases, and testing streams.
• Ensure complete traceability between requirements, test cases, defects, and release objectives.
• Govern test data management and environment readiness activities.
• Drive risk-based testing approaches and optimize test coverage based on business impact.
• Lead and manage large cross-functional QA teams consisting of manual testers, automation engineers, performance testers, business testers, and vendor resources.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and career development for team members.
• Conduct workload planning, resource allocation, capacity management, and performance oversight.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and quality excellence.
• Effectively manage distributed, hybrid, and geographically dispersed teams.
