Responsibilities

• Translate corporate strategy into enterprise KPIs, scorecards, and execution plans.
• Manage Balanced Scorecard/performance dashboard development and reporting cadence.
• Prepare consolidated risk reports for senior leadership.
• Support sustainability strategy implementation and ESG target tracking.
