Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of administrative-related experience; background in community relations is a plus.
  • Background in CSR and community programs that align with the company's mission, values, and long-term business strategy.
  • Good people management, collaboration, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct ESG Education programs in collaboration with ESG section representatives to enhance awareness among all employees.
  • Propose, implement, and lead community relations activities to strengthen corporate reputation and support the company's goal of becoming a leading electronics firm.
  • Perform benchmarking and data analysis to assess company competitiveness in ESG and community initiatives.
  • Prepare, conduct, and report on the results of ESG Education and community relations programs to evaluate effectiveness and impact.
  • Support the needs of the section and organization, ensuring compliance with established processes, procedures, and systems.
