Job summary

Asure Software, a leading HCM solutions provider, is seeking a Payroll Tax Compliance & Client Relationship professional. You’ll manage enterprise clients, ensure accurate payroll tax operations, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.

The role emphasizes tax accuracy, strong communication, and adherence to SLAs, with a hybrid work model from our Santa Ana hub.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of payroll tax filing and/or payment experience.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll tax compliance and agency requirements.
• Experience in enterprise-level payroll environments gewen or similar.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise clients and maintain high service levels.
• Understand client payroll tax structures, operations, and compliance needs and communicate effectively.
• Collaborate with client payroll and finance teams to ensure compliant tax operations.
• Conduct client reviews to discuss performance metrics, deadlines, and action items.
• Assist with system guidance, onboarding, and process optimization for the APTM platform.
