Job summary

3M Enterprise Labeling Analyst role based at the 3M Global Service Center in the Philippines. The position supports design, coordination, and modification of labeling processes across manufacturing and distribution locations using SAP, MES, DMT, and ELC.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Quality, and Customer Service to ensure SLA-driven ticket resolution and accurate dashboards. Strong English and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams).
• Strong command of English and excellent communication.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work under pressure.
• Ability to coordinate tasks across diverse teams and countries.
• Experience working with cross-functional departments and partners.
• Proven ability to train and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate label creation and modification across sites and systems.
• Execute label design tasks using SAP, MES, and DMT.
• Ensure requests follow procedures and SLA targets.
• Validate data and request new templates when needed.
• Conduct test print labels with plant functions.
• Assign owners and approvers in systems and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and Quality.
• Maintain status updates for dashboards and metrics.
• Identify data quality and process improvement opportunities.
