Job summary

CoDev Philippines is seeking a Gemini Enterprise Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, cloud engineers, and security teams to deliver secure, scalable AI-powered applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years in Cloud Engineering, Software Development, AI Engineering, Data Engineering, or Enterprise App Implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Conversational AI, or Enterprise Search.
• Strong experience integrating apps with REST APIs, databases, cloud storage, and third-party systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy Gemini Enterprise solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop AI-powered enterprise search, knowledge discovery, workflow automation, and AI agent solutions.
• Integrate Gemini Enterprise with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, databases, APIs, cloud storage, and other systems.
• Build secure data ingestion, indexing, retrieval, and search experiences.
• Implement IAM, RBAC, and AI governance best practices.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize AI search quality and UX.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver POCs.
• Create technical documentation and provide training to admins and end users.
