Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. is seeking an AI Engineer to design and support cloud-based Generative AI solutions. The role focuses on developing intelligent applications, integrating cloud AI services, and applying prompt engineering, retrieval strategies, and AI safety.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deploy production-ready AI capabilities, optimize performance, and ensure governance across AI implementations and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Cloud AI certifications are advantageous but not required.
• 2–5 years of software development experience.
• At least 1 year of experience integrating cloud-based APIs or AI services.
• Hands-on experience with Python and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and integrate AI services using major cloud platforms.
• Develop, refine, and evaluate prompts to improve Generative AI applications.
• Prepare, validate, and optimize datasets for model performance.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI-powered solutions using cloud-native tools.
• Collaborate with solution architects and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues affecting AI applications.
• Promote AI engineering best practices and knowledge sharing within the team.
