Job summary

CoDev Philippines is seeking a Gemini Enterprise Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years in Cloud Engineering, Software Development, AI Engineering, Data Engineering, or Enterprise App Implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Conversational AI, or Enterprise Search.
• Strong experience integrating apps with REST APIs, databases, cloud storage, and third-party systems.

• Develop AI-powered enterprise search, knowledge discovery, workflow automation, and AI agent solutions.
• Integrate Gemini Enterprise with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, databases, APIs, cloud storage, and other enterprise systems.
• Build secure data ingestion, indexing, retrieval, and search experiences.
• Implement Identity and Access Management (IAM), role-based access controls, and AI governance best practices.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize AI search quality and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop technical solutions, and deliver Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Create technical documentation and provide training to administrators and end users.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Software Development, AI Engineering, Data Engineering, or Enterprise Application Implementation.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Conversational AI, or Enterprise Search.
• Strong experience integrating applications with REST APIs, databases, cloud storage, and third‑party systems.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following:
• Python

• Experience integrating Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and Pub/Sub.
• Experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Google Cloud certifications (Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Professional Data Engineer, Professional Cloud Developer, or Generative AI Leader) are a plus.
