Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a qualified EDM specialist to join our enterprise team in Metro Manila. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with the OpenText product suite and a strong background in Enterprise Document Management (EDM).

The role requires deep knowledge of OpenText Documentum, InfoArchive, and Capture components, plus familiarity with middleware, databases, and integration via REST/SOAP APIs. We value strong problem solving and scripting ability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/CE or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years hands-on EDM experience with OpenText product suite.
• Strong expertise across OpenText Documentum components and InfoArchive.
• Experience with Capture (Captiva/Intelligent Capture) and IP/OCR extraction.
• Familiarity with application servers, databases, and OS environments.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, CMIS, Java/J2EE, and scripting languages.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Enterprise Document Management (EDM) utilizing the OpenText product suite.

Technical Competencies

• OpenText Documentum: Strong expertise in Content Server, D2, xCP, DQL/IAPI, Index Agent (xPlore/Solr), and Documentum Administrator (DA).

• OpenText InfoArchive: Proven experience with InfoArchive administration, SIP/AIP creation, ingestion pipelines, query design, and retention policy setup.

• OpenText Capture: Deep understanding of Captiva / Intelligent Capture setup, process developer, IP/OCR extraction, and custom script development.

• Environment & Middleware: Familiarity with Application Servers (WebLogic, Tomcat, WildFly), Relational Databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server), and OS environments (Linux/Unix, Windows Server).

• Integrations: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, CMIS, Java/J2EE, and scripting languages (Shell, Python, or PowerShell).
