Job summary

OpenText, The Information Company, is seeking a Systems Integration Analyst to deliver end-to-end EDI and B2B integration solutions within our Managed Services environment. You will translate client requirements into technical configurations, develop EDI maps, and ensure reliable data exchange across AS2, SFTP, FTP, and HTTP.

This role requires a Bachelor's in CS/IT/Engineering, hands-on programming in Java/JavaScript/C#/C++/Perl, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work across global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Foundational to intermediate programming in Java, JavaScript, C#, C++, or Perl.
• Strong problem-solving and client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their EDI and integration requirements and transform business needs into technical solutions.
• Analyze data flows, interfaces, and integration requirements to support successful onboarding and implementation projects.
• Configure Trading Partners and EDI maps within OpenText Managed Services platforms, delivering high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
• Support the enhancement and maintenance of existing integrations to drive operational efficiency and business continuity.
• Leverage industry standards and best practices to design, develop, and optimize EDI mapping solutions.
• Perform end-to-end testing, validation, and quality assurance activities to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
• Investigate complex technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to resolve client-reported defects and integration challenges.
• Engage with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to provide timely updates, manage expectations, and contribute to successful project delivery.
