Job summary

IKEA Philippines is seeking a pivotal Cloud and Infrastructure Architect to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade cloud solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure scalable, secure, and cost-efficient IT systems.

Responsibilities include defining cloud strategy, delivering high-availability infrastructure, protecting hybrid environments, and maintaining licenses and DR plans.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT-related field (Business IT, CS, IS, or similar).
• Azure/AWS cloud certifications (planning, design, security, admin).
• Experience as cloud infra architect in leading IT initiatives and defining architecture standards.
• Experience with Windows Server, Check Point/ FortiGate, VMware.
• Experience with hybrid infra: Office 365, AD, SCCM, VMware, Azure, storage/backup.

Responsibilities

• Cloud & Infrastructure Strategy: Architect and implement cloud-based solutions aligned with business goals, ensuring a standardized modernized cloud infrastructure roadmap.
• Solution Delivery & Support: Develop and support IT infrastructure solutions with high availability, scalability, and performance; act as L3/L4 SME for server and cloud issues.
• Infrastructure Protection (hybrid): Maintain security architecture standards, monitor risks, enforce policies, and ensure compliance across server/cloud.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain licenses/maintenance contracts, test disaster recovery plans, and optimize operations and costs.
