Job summary

AIA Philippines is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define and maintain architecture designs across business applications and data infrastructure, aligning with the overall Enterprise Architecture vision and roadmap.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Delivery teams, Security, Data and Infrastructure groups to translate requirements into architecture, guide cloud and DevOps practices, and ensure compliant, scalable solutions for our digital transformation.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in IT, Computer Science or related function mandatory.
Significant demonstrable experience in IT Technical/Enterprise Architecture.
Experience delivering web apps on multi-cloud environments; Azure preferred.
Strong relationship management and influencing skills at senior level.
Familiarity with TOGAF, ARIS, or related architecture frameworks.
Broad experience with Java, microservices, API, containerization, and security.

Responsibilities

Review current state architecture and define target architecture aligned to enterprise vision.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Sponsors, and delivery teams to translate requirements into architectures.
Formulate roadmaps for application technology including cloud and PaaS/SaaS capabilities.
Present changes to Architecture Review Board and obtain timely approvals.
Support cloud application architecture and CI/CD guidelines.
Forecast new technologies and ensure architecture standards are adopted.
Oversee design and realization of architecture within programmes and projects.
Provide guidance to ensure solution designs observe defined standards.
