Job summary
Concentrix is seeking a Senior Nursing Education and Governance Leader in Metro Manila. You will establish enterprise clinical standards, drive governance initiatives, and align programs with client requirements. A strong background in nursing education, leadership, and regulatory compliance is required.
The role focuses on competency development, accreditation readiness, and digital transformation to enhance patient care and workforce performance across healthcare programs.
Qualifications
- BSN required with MSN/MAN; PhD/EdD highly preferred.
- Active RN license is required; USRN license preferred but not required.
- 8–10 years progressive nursing experience; 1–2 years bedside acute care.
- Experience as Clinical Instructor, Nurse Educator, or Nursing Leadership required.
Responsibilities
- Establish and govern enterprise clinical practice standards, policies, and guidelines.
- Lead Nursing Governance initiatives for accountability and patient-centered care.
- Standardize clinical practices across programs and ensure client alignment.
- Design and oversee enterprise clinical competency frameworks and assessments.
- Partner to ensure workforce readiness and clinical capability development.
- Oversee accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance activities.
- Lead digital transformation and AI enablement in clinical education and governance.
- Mentor clinical leaders and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
