Job summary

Krayden, Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to design, build, and optimize enterprise dashboards and analytics across finance, sales, operations, and leadership.

You will partner with Data Engineering, ERP, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable reporting and data-driven insights. The role focuses on standardizing analytics, improving data quality, and supporting acquisitions through the enterprise data platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IS, CS, analytics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience developing enterprise BI and analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, KPIs, analytical design, and data visualization best practices.
• Experience writing SQL queries and analytical calculations to support enterprise reporting.
• Experience troubleshooting reporting, data quality, and performance issues; strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting both operational and project-based work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve enterprise reporting, analytics, and BI solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into scalable analytics.
• Promote reporting standards, governance, and documentation across the enterprise.
