Job summary

AXA Philippines seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead a team of Solutions Architects, aligning business plans with IT strategy and ensuring Architecture Governance across the IT landscape. The role will drive the enterprise target operating model and ensure the future state and roadmap meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in enterprise architecture.
• 10+ years IT experience across at least 2 disciplines (operations, development, solution architecture, project management).
• People management and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of data, cloud and security domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Solutions Architects and align IT strategy with business plans.
• Define future state and roadmap for enterprise architecture.
• Ensure architecture governance across projects and domains.
• Ensure design aligns with project requirements and stakeholder needs.
• Communicate architecture design, options and risks to all stakeholders.
• Maintain architecture artifacts such as the application portfolio.
• Participate in architecture review boards at local and regional levels.

Main Purpose of the Job

1. The role will lead a team of Solutions Architects. Primary responsibility is toalignbusiness plans and ITstrategy. The role willensurethat the IT landscape meets the goals of the business while ensuringproper Architecture Governance is in place.

2. The role will help support the enterprise target operating model transformation.Defining the future state and roadmap.

3. Ensure the team designs and deliverstechnical, data, integration,and application architecture solutionsper project or business domain.

4. Provideexpertiseand innovative solutions to architecture issues andsupport tobusiness and operational initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee the definition and implementationoftechnology strategy which alignswith existing local, regional,and global strategy.

• Work with IT and business stakeholders to define the future state architecture of business domains.

• Ensureproperdesignand executionof solutionsfromanoverall solutions architectureperspective.

• Ensure alignment of the design to the project requirement to meet thestakeholderneeds and strategy.

• Communicate technical architecture design,optionsand risks to ensure all stakeholders are well-informed andupdated onall matters

• Keep architecture artifactssuch as application portfolioupdated

• Run local architecture review boardand present in regional architecture review boardto ensure projects are aligned to architecture standards

• High level understanding of the other technology domains such as:

• Data(data warehousing, ETL, data visualization)

• Experience in the Insurance or Banking industry is preferred
