Job summary

Allianz PNB Life seeks an Enterprise Architect to lead development, governance, and execution of enterprise architecture across the organization. You will align decisions with strategy, define target application landscape, and drive the technology roadmap within the OE.

You will govern architecture across business, data, application, and infrastructure domains, enabling scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions while collaborating with regional boards and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certification in Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF) preferred.
• 5+ years in enterprise architecture, solution design, or IT strategy.
• Experience in aligning architecture with business strategy and transformation programs.
• Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, SAFe).
• Architecture modeling tools (e.g., ArchiMate, Sparx EA).
• Cloud, integration, data, and security architecture.
• IT governance, risk, and compliance.
• Agile and DevOps environments.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience on researching and understanding new and emerging technology that can be used by Insurance.
• Experience with AI-driven adaptive learning technologies and data analysis for personalized training.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for content recommendation, automated assessment, and feedback.

Purpose of the Role

As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for leading the development, governance, and execution of enterprise architecture across Allianz PNB Life. Your role will ensure that architecture decisions are aligned with the organization’s strategy, goals, and aspirations, and supports the definition of the target application landscape and technology roadmap within the Operating Entity (OE).

As an Enterprise Architect, you will drive IT architecture governance with a deep understanding of business needs and requirements, leads the Architecture Review Board (ARB), and actively participates in regional enterprise architecture boards and communities. Your role will also provide oversight across business, application, data, and infrastructure domains to enable scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.
