Job summary

Advanced Outsourcing and Business Services Inc. seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to design and implement enterprise-wide technology strategies, ensuring scalability, security and alignment with business goals in the Philippines.

You will lead architecture initiatives, set standards, oversee cloud platforms, manage data governance and security architecture, and mentor cross-functional teams through transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in IT architecture or enterprise technology planning.
• Experience as Enterprise Architect or senior technical leader.
• TOGAF/Zachman/ArchiMate expertise.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Strong data governance and security knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect. This is a strategic role that will be instrumental in designing, planning and implementing enterprise-wide technology solutions and IT infrastructure strategies. As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, ensuring scalability, security and operational excellence across the organisation. This position offers the opportunity to shape the technological direction of the company and drive digital transformation initiatives that have a significant impact on business success.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies that align with business goals and objectives
• Evaluate, recommend and oversee the implementation of technology platforms, systems and infrastructure solutions
• Lead the analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical architecture specifications
• Establish and maintain architecture standards, policies and governance frameworks across the enterprise
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business leaders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of IT initiatives
• Conduct technology assessments and identify opportunities for system optimization, cost reduction and performance improvement
• Develop roadmaps for technology adoption and digital transformation programs
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams during the implementation of architectural solutions
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory and data governance requirements across all systems
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices to keep the enterprise architecture current and competitive

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years' professional experience in IT architecture, systems design or enterprise technology planning
• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar senior technical leadership role
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman or ArchiMate
• Demonstrated expertise in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or similar)
• Experience with systems integration, middleware solutions and API management
• Proficiency in data architecture, database design and data governance principles
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity architecture and compliance requirements
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to think strategically whilst maintaining focus on practical implementation
• Professional certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect or equivalent are highly desirable
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex transformation programs
