Job summary

Maxicare Healthcare Corporation is seeking an administrative professional to manage member endorsements, validate applications (Individual and Family Accounts), and coordinate with internal teams to resolve pending requirements.

You will process and encode approved enrollees, generate QA reports on enrolments and movements, and communicate status updates to Sales, Accounts, Agents, and Brokers. Strong attention to detail is required.

Responsibilities

• Checks endorsements and determines the needs of the members for immediate processing
• Validates endorsements of members’ application forms (Individual and Family Account) considered as Medical accounts.
• Validates enrollees endorsement/s from Corporate Accounts.
• Coordinate with interdependencies for any pending requirements / disapproved enrollees and monitor compliance.
• Process, encodes and uploads membership details of approved enrollees to the system
• Collates data, prepares and submits Quality Assurance report on processed enrolment, cancellation, correction of member’s details, and membership movements.
• Logs all endorsements received and identifies those processed and unprocessed transactions.
• Collates data and prepares a report or tabulation as to status of all processed members, including as well all pending and disapproved enrollees. Informs Sales, Accounts, Agents, and Brokers.
• Validates data on New Business and updates the Masters List of accounts.
• Validates the membership movements only for the Renewal Accounts
• Releases business updates to concerned departments after APD releases
• Releases e-welcome letters to members for new and renewed members
