Qualifications

• Must hold EA credential with current IRS credentials.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of U.S. tax preparation and consulting experience.
• Proficiency with tax software (Drake, ProSeries, UltraTax) and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review U.S. individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
• Advise clients on tax planning and compliance matters.
• Represent clients before the IRS in audits, appeals, and collections.
• Respond to IRS notices and manage tax controversy matters.
• Coordinate with accounting and legal teams on tax issues.
• Stay updated on U.S. tax laws and FATCA/FBAR requirements.
