Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, solution implementation, or systems integration, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or team lead role.
• Proven experience leading software development or solution engineering teams and delivering multiple concurrent customer projects.
• Strong technical expertise in VB.net, C#, APIs, relational databases, and troubleshooting complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Software Engineers to achieve project, quality, and performance objectives.
• Plan, assign, and monitor workload to ensure timely delivery of customer solutions.
• Provide technical leadership by reviewing designs and enforcing standards and best practices.
• Lead project execution, identify risks, and act as escalation point for technical and delivery challenges.
• Conduct performance feedback and support professional development of team members.
• Drive continuous improvement through standardization, knowledge sharing, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Project Managers, Remote Support, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Support resource planning, recruitment, onboarding, and competency development for a high-performing team.
• Monitor team performance and KPI, providing updates to management.
• Foster collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused team culture aligned with organizational goals.
