Amadeus Marketing Phils, Inc. is seeking a Software Development Manager (C# and .Net) to coordinate multiple development teams and deliver high-quality enterprise solutions aligned with product priorities.

You will balance people leadership with hands-on technical oversight in a fast-paced, global environment. You’ll guide API design, automated testing, CI/CD, and cloud deployments on Azure or AWS, while mentoring staff, driving performance conversations, and partnering with leadership to align

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science or equivalent
• Extensive experience with C#, .NET, and SQL in enterprise systems
• Experience in agile environments balancing leadership with hands-on work
• Experience coaching and developing others through feedback
• Experience with API design, automated testing, CI/CD
• Familiarity with cloud solutions (Azure or AWS) and microservices

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple development teams to align with goals
• Facilitate clear communication between teams, domains, and leadership
• Guide operational support activities and process improvements
• Support hiring and performance conversations with team leads
• Contribute to design and delivery with high-level estimates and code reviews
