Job summary

Odfjell Technology is seeking an experienced E3D Administrator to configure and maintain AVEVA E3D projects, manage global databases, and develop macro automation using PML. The role requires engineering background and experience in multinational teams, preferably in oil and gas, with strong English communication.

The position is on-site in Makati, offering opportunities to lead E3D standards, collaborate with IT and suppliers, and train team members in a dynamic global company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience with PDMS/E3D administration and design.
• Experience in multicultural environments; oil and gas experience is a plus.
• Experience developing and maintaining E3D catalogue and specifications for multiple disciplines.
• Knowledge of macro development and automation using PML.
• Experience administering global E3D databases and coordinating global communications.
• Proficiency with English in spoken and written business communication.
• Ability to train others within the group.
• Independent worker who delivers through teamwork and collaboration.
• Good judgment and initiative within scope, procedures, and guidelines.
• Structured, accurate, service-oriented, deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Administer global databases and manage global communications.
• Create and maintain catalogue and specifications for all disciplines.
• Develop macros and automation tools using PML.
• Establish and enforce project-specific procedures and company standards.
• Operate and develop the Company E3D Master Project.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and IT and other departments.
• Provide training to group members.
• Ensure compliance with authorities, customers, and company requirements.
• Perform related tasks as needed.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

• Has a bachelor’s degree in (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) Engineering or any related field or course.


• Has at least five (3) years of relevant and in-depth experience with PDMS/E3D administration and design.


• Has experience working in multicultural environment, experience in oil and gas industry is an advantage.


• Experience in developing and maintaining E3D catalogue and specifications for various engineering disciplines.


• Knowledgeable in macro development and automation using PML.


• Has experience in global administration of E3D, setting up satellite database and managing global communications.


• Preferably has knowledge and experience working with Bentley Microstation, Autodesk products, Solidworks and other engineering tools.


• Proficient oral and written communication skills in English with expertise in international and cross-cultural communications and business relations.


• Able to provide training to others within the group.


• Ability to work independently but sees importance of achieving results through teamwork, delegation, and collaboration.


• Has the ability to take initiative and make sound judgements and decisions within scope, procedures, and guidelines.


• Structured, accurate, systematic, service oriented, tasks focused and committed to deliver within deadlines.

• Amenable to work onsite in Makati.

Your Mission
