• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial).
• Minimum 5 years in electronics manufacturing or high-volume production.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
• Experience in process improvement, equipment maintenance, or production support engineering.
• Familiarity with ISO/IPC quality systems.
• Proven leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Strong communication with technical and non‑technical teams.

About the role

You will oversee day-to-day engineering operations within the manufacturing facility while setting long-term technical direction for the department. You will ensure the efficient execution of engineering activities that support production, quality, process improvement, and equipment reliability. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining engineering standards, and ensuring continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. This role plays a key part in achieving production efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. You will serve as both a technical leader and people supervisor—balancing hands‑on engineering oversight with coaching, mentoring, and performance management of the engineering team. You will foster a culture of discipline, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement aligned with Hon‑Kwang Electronics (Philippines,) Inc. operational goals.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field)
• At least 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or a similar high-volume production environment
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory engineering role
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production systems, and engineering principles
• Experience in process improvement, equipment maintenance, or production support engineering
• Familiarity with quality systems (ISO standards, IPC standards, or equivalent)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and develop engineering teams
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills, both with technical and non-technical teams
