Responsibilities

• Perform technical audits; ensure preventive maintenance programs are properly implemented.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are in good condition and running efficiently.
• Prepare assessments and recommend improvements for operation.
• Prepare audit reports and recommendations for site compliance.
• Liaise and supervise daily operations when the Engineering Supervisor is absent.
• Monitor reports from Engineering Associates and ensure scheduled activities stay on track.
• Maintain PAR stock at required levels; submit weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
• Ensure hotel rooms are well maintained and ready for sale.
• Assist in processing permits; familiarize with environmental laws and compliance.

Job Purpose

• 1. Technical Audit
  • 1.1 Ensure that equipment preventive maintenance program are properly implemented.
  • 1.2 Ensure that equipment / facilities are in good condition and efficiently running.
  • 1.3 Prepare equipment and facilities assessment and recommend for its efficient operation.
  • 1.4 Prepare technical audit report and generate recommendation for site requirements and compliance.
• 2. Liasoning and Daily Operations
  • 2.1 Ensure that Engineering Associates are able to take charge of regular operations in the absence of the Engineering Supervisor.
  • 2.2 Monitor and check the Engineering Associate's reports.
  • 2.3 Monitoring of the scheduled activity assigned to the associates are on track.
  • 2.4 Ensure that the PAR Stock are on the required level.
  • 2.5 Submission of Reports (Weekly, Monthly & Annually)
  • 2.6 Ensure that the Rooms are well maintained
  • 2.7 Ensure that the Rooms are readily available for sale
• 3. Personal Development
  • 3.1 Abide and require all subordinates to follow the company policies and guidelines.
  • 3.2 Project and require subordinates to create an image of being a well-rounded corporate employee.
  • 3.3 Participate actively in company activities such as meetings, trainings, seminar, social affairs and other company activity.
• 4. Government Permits & Accreditation
  • 4.1 Shall assist the Engineering Manager for the processing of Permits at the Office of the Building Official.
  • 4.2 To ensure that all necessary Permits will be processed before its expiration.
  • 4.3 Shall be assigned as the Pollution Control Officer of the Hotel (trainings to be provided by the Company) and familiarize himself to the Environmental Laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Holder, preferably Mechanical Engineering
