An Engineering Staff / Technician is responsible for the testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of technical systems, equipment, and facilities. This role involves handling, assembling, and installation of electronic equipments and electrical systems.
- Assemble, install, test, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic equipment and appliances using specialized hand and power tools.
- Check, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, air conditioning units, Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS), pumps, and motors.
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective actions to ensure continuous reliability, safety, and operational efficiency across all technical and electrical systems.
- Completion of a 2-3 year vocational course or technical degree in Electrical Technology or a related field.
- TESDA National Certification (NC II or NC III) holder.
- At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and technical servicing or other related fields.
- Proven expertise in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) servicing, maintenance, and repair.
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze electrical/electronic schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Proficient in operating basic electrical testing and measuring instruments.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving faults in electrical and electronic systems, equipment, and appliances.
