Job summary

Greenstone Packaging Corporation in Quezon City is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support production planning, material planning, and process engineering to improve efficiency and ensure timely delivery of customer orders. The role requires monitoring schedules, coordinating with Production, Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse, and driving process improvements while optimizing material usage.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with strong Excel and analytical skills and the ability to work in Quezon

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in manufacturing, production planning, material planning, or process improvement is an advantage.
• Knowledge of production processes, inventory management, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work in Quezon City

Responsibilities

• Assist in production planning by preparing and monitoring schedules based on orders, capacity, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with Production, Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor production progress and address delays or scheduling issues.
• Calculate and monitor raw material requirements based on orders and schedules.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse to ensure timely raw material availability.
• Monitor material consumption, inventory levels and shortages to minimize disruptions.
• Analyze existing production processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Study workflows, machine utilization, manpower allocation, and material usage.
• Assist in reducing material waste, downtime, and costs.
• Develop improvements in manufacturing methods and SOPs; monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance to resolve process issues.
• Prepare production, material, and process performance reports.
• Maintain accurate planning records and production data.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and other projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented engineering professionals to join our team in the corrugated box packaging industry. Successful candidates will support production planning, material planning, manufacturing process improvement, and production efficiency to ensure smooth operations, optimal resource utilization, and timely delivery of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning

• Assist in preparing and monitoring production schedules based on customer orders, production capacity, and delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate with Production, Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Monitor production progress and identify potential delays or scheduling issues.

Material Planning

• Calculate and monitor raw material requirements based on production orders and schedules.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Monitor material consumption, inventory levels, and material shortages to minimize production disruptions and excess inventory.

Process Engineering and Improvement

• Assist in reducing material waste, production downtime, and operational costs.
• Develop and recommend improvements in manufacturing methods, standard operating procedures, and work processes.
• Monitor production performance and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams to resolve process-related issues.

General Responsibilities

• Prepare production, material, and process performance reports.
• Maintain accurate planning records and production data.
