Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Licensed Engineer to join the Commercial Properties Group as an Engineering Officer. You will oversee daily operations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and management of critical building facilities and MEPF systems.

Reporting to the Operations Lead, you will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant performance across Makati, Laguna, Pasig and Quezon City sites on a 2-year fixed-term contract, with potential for regularization.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered/Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Registered/Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience as a Senior Building Engineer, Facilities Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong background in Commercial Property, Property Management, or Facilities Management.
• Experience in Commercial Buildings, Office Buildings, Shopping Malls, Hotels, or Corporate Towers.
• Strong technical skills in MEPF systems, leadership presence, problem-solving ability, and a strong sense of operational ownership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hands-on operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of building equipment.
• Manage critical MEPF systems including Chillers, HVAC Systems, Cooling Towers, GenSets, and Boilers.
• Ensure seamless operation of commercial building electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
• Address and resolve facility-related operational concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with property management teams to maintain safety, efficiency, and compliance.
