Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years in engineering with 5+ years in a management or supervisory role.
• Proven track record leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise relevant to engineering operations and industry best practices.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to priorities multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, optimization, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Outstanding leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all organisational levels.
• Knowledge of quality assurance frameworks, health and safety regulations, and industry compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in engineering management software and tools; experience with CAD or engineering software is preferred.
• Strategic thinking ability with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
