Job summary

AcBel Polytech (Phils.) Inc. in Calamba City, Laguna, is seeking an Engineering Change Engineer to oversee and implement engineering changes to keep systems up-to-date and efficient.

You will review ECOs, coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams, and ensure changes are properly documented and implemented in line with procedures.

Fresh graduates are welcome and training will be provided to learn the company's change management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Engineering Change Management is an advantage; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and quality documents.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Verify change requests contain complete information and supporting documents.
• Coordinate communication among cross-functional teams.
• Monitor progress of engineering changes and provide status updates.
• Develop and oversee implementation plans for approved changes.
• Ensure documentation, approval, and implementation per procedures and quality standards.
• Evaluate impact of changes on product quality, processes, inventory, and costs.
• Prepare and submit weekly Engineering Change reports and related documents.

About the role:

AcBel Polytech (Phils.) Inc.' is seeking an Engineering Change Engineer to join our team in Calamba City, Laguna. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing engineering changes to ensure our systems and processes remain up-to-date and efficient.

What you'll be doing:

• Receive, review, and process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Verify that all change requests contain complete and accurate information, including the proposed modification, justification, affected products, components, processes, and required supporting documents.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication among cross-functional teams.
• Monitor the progress of engineering changes and provide regular status updates to all stakeholders.
• Develop, coordinate, and oversee implementation plans to ensure timely and effective execution of approved engineering changes.
• Ensure all engineering changes are properly documented, reviewed, approved, and implemented in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
• Evaluate the impact of engineering changes on product quality, manufacturing processes, inventory, cost, and customer requirements.
• Prepare and submit weekly Engineering Change reports and other required documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to engineering change management.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineeringor any related Engineering course.
• Experience in Engineering Change Management is an advantage; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
