Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Head of Engineering and Business Analysis to lead a technology department and drive strategic IT initiatives. You will oversee a multi-disciplinary team, align IT efforts with business objectives, and ensure high-quality delivery of tech services and solutions.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and deep experience with SDLC, Agile methods, and stakeholder management to partner with Product owners and business leads across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of SDLC processes.
• Proven leadership experience in IT projects or services.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop team members to maximize productivity.
• Develop and implement IT Tribe strategic plans aligned with business goals.
• Allocate budget, personnel and tools for successful project delivery.
• Engage with Product owners and business leads to gather requirements.
• Oversee delivery of Tribe products, manage risks and ensure quality.
• Foster continuous improvement, agile adoption and cross-team collaboration.
