Job summary

Sta. Rosa Motor Works, Inc. in Laguna seeks a Cadet Engineer to support the Bus Body production line, rotating through sections as assigned.

You will gain hands-on experience across the production process and participate in building maintenance tasks under supervision. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (or related field), and a demonstrated ability for leadership, teamwork, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership and creative thinking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to perform fieldwork and hands-on training in automotive industry.
• Driver's license with ability to drive 4-wheeled vehicle is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• A cadet engineer will be focusing on Bus Body production line process varying on the specific section which is to be assigned.
• Hands-on training is expected to be familiarized with all the process.
• Assist in Building Maintenance matters.
