Job summary

Sta. Rosa Motor Works, Inc. in Laguna invites fresh graduates to join our production team. You will be assigned to the bus body building line and may rotate across main body, painting, finishing, and related sections.

We value strong work ethic, adaptability, and the ability to multitask. Training will cover fabrication, fiberglass, electrical, and related shop processes at KM 42 Bo. Dita, City of Santa Rosa.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year technical course such as Automotive Technology / Industrial Technology Major in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or related field.
• With good work ethics, technical aptitude related to its line of work and ability to multi-task.
• Flexible and open to be assigned to bus body building sections (Fabrication, Fiberglass, Electrical, Main Body, Painting and Finishing).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Staff will be assigned directly to the production line to do various tasks relating to Bus Body building.
• Tasks vary by section such as Main Body, Painting, Finishing, etc.
