Job summary

PHILIPPINE HKR INC. in Santa Rosa, Laguna, is seeking an experienced Industrial/Mechanical Engineer to lead machine improvement initiatives and oversee maintenance of manufacturing equipment.

You will conduct machine trials, perform mechanical and electrical repairs on Grinding, Cutting and Assembly machines, apply Kaizen ideas, and collaborate with production to boost performance and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in AUTOCAD and 7 QC tools.
• Experience with industrial equipment maintenance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct machine trials and implement improvements.

Job Description:

• Conduct machine trials and implement improvements and countermeasures to enhance machine capability and performance

• Perform both mechanical and electrical repairs and maintenance of machines

• Handle and operate machines such as Grinding, Cutting, and Assembly Machines

• Ensure smooth and efficient machine operations by identifying and resolving issues promptly

• Develop and implement Kaizen ideas to enhance processes, focusing on safety, quality, cost, efficiency and timely delivery.

• Collaborate with the production team to optimize machine performance and minimize downtime
