Job summary

Robinsons Supermarket Corporation is seeking a facilities maintenance specialist in Metro Manila to oversee and optimize maintenance across stores and the distribution center. You will conduct regular field visits, lead repair efforts, and ensure compliance with housekeeping standards.

The role requires a mechanical or electrical engineering background with 3+ years in facilities or retail maintenance; experience with electrical panels, HVAC, refrigeration, generators, and fire alarm systems is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities, retail stores or maintenance.
• Knowledge of Electrical Panels, Air-conditioning, Refrigeration, generators (50–300kVA), Fire Alarm System.
• Willing to be assigned at Shopwise Sucat.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular field visits to check facilities and ensure compliance with standard housekeeping programs and guidelines; monitor repair activities and pest control requests from stores and DC.
• Responsible for maintenance of all equipment facilities including troubleshooting and repair; validate maintenance work at store and Distribution Center (DC); initiate and monitor facilities maintenance programs.
• Provide support for new store openings and renovations, guiding Store Operations and the DC Group in timely equipment issue resolutions.
• Ensure store and DC equipment (except IT) are enrolled and uploaded in SAP Plant Maintenance.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform regular field visits to check all facilities and ensure that all complies within the standard housekeeping programs and guidelines, monitors all repair activities and assess all pest control request from the stores and DC.

• Responsible for the proper maintenance of all equipment facilities including troubleshooting and repair activities. Check and validate all maintenance work related to equipment facilities of store and Distribution Center (DC). Initiates, Implements and monitors facilities maintenance program.

• Provide support and assistance to all new store openings and renovations, and guide Store Operations and the DC Group in resolving equipment issues in a timely manner.

• Ensures that store and dc equipment (except I.T. related) are enrolled and uploaded in the SAP Plant Maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in industrial/building facilities, retail stores, store repair and maintenance or its equivalent.

• With knowledge on the following: Electrical Panels, Air-conditioning, Refrigeration equipment, standby generators (50-300kVA), Fire Alarm System

• Preferably Supervisor / 3 years & up experience Employees specializing in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
