Qualifications

• Apprentice-trained engine technician preferred.
• Vocational diploma from a technical institution is expected.
• Locally valid driving permit is required.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and audits.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and completes complex engine repairs at customer sites using specialized tools.
• Establishes productive customer relations and responds promptly to needs.
• Performs preventative maintenance per documented schedules and standards.
• Escalates unresolved issues to product specialists or supervisor.
• Coaches technicians and apprentices and reviews repair plans.
• Completes required service documentation and warranty/quality records.
• Identifies additional service opportunities with customers and reports findings.
• Ensures compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental policies.
