Job summary

CBRE Philippines is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Imus, Cavite to maintain small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. You will support preventive maintenance, repairs, and energy management as part of Engineering and Technical Services.

You will perform inspections, diagnose issues, assist with installations, and review work orders under guidance, ensuring safety and compliance. The role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with 1–2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Use established procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
