Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in the Philippines seeks a Maintenance Technician to service small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. You’ll support preventive maintenance, repairs, and energy management under supervision.

This role is part of Engineering and Technical Services and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of related experience, and solid knowledge of MS Office. You’ll review work orders and help ensure safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, 1–2 years’ relevant experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and meet physical requirements for the role.
• Basic work routine adherence and ability to follow standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues, and execute repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Review work orders and coordinate with systems to track completion.
• Support energy management to keep systems efficient.
• Inspect installations for code and safety compliance.
• Use defined procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
• Contribute to team output under supervision and defined processes.
