Job Vacancy Phil is seeking an experienced professional to lead permitting and regulatory affairs for infrastructure and energy initiatives in the Philippines. The role focuses on securing permits, coordinating with LGUs, agencies, and consultants, and ensuring regulatory compliance across projects.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in permitting or regulatory roles, strong stakeholder management, and a robust understanding of Philippine regulatory processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Environmental Science, Public Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in permitting, regulatory affairs, or project development in energy, renewable energy, power, or large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience securing government permits and coordinating with LGUs, national agencies, and regulatory bodies.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine permitting and regulatory processes.
• Experience working with host communities, government stakeholders, and third-party consultants.
• Familiarity with environmental permitting, land acquisition, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent project coordination, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end permitting and regulatory compliance for infrastructure and energy projects.
• Prepare and submit permit applications and regulatory documents.
• Coordinate with government agencies, LGUs, consultants, and internal teams.
• Monitor permit timelines, identify regulatory risks, and recommend solutions.
• Maintain permit records and provide regular project status updates.
